Introduction!

Thanks for checking out my website! My name is Tony Anczer, and I love to help agents suceed in real estate production and scale their businesses. There are 4 ways that I do this:

When I first joined eXp Realty I only knew a fraction of what eXp has to offer. I was at a another brokerage, wanted to learn online lead generation, and needed a good CRM that would integrate to social media platforms. After some research I found that eXp Realty offered BoldTrail (then called KVCore), and the monthly fee and commission split was less than my previous brokerage. So, I switched to eXp Realty LLC for those reasons, not knowing how much more eXp has to offer.

How To Join eXp Realty!

When I joined eXp Realty, frankly, the process was not very smooth (or maybe it was operator error on my part!)

To help make sure my agents didn’t go through what I went through, I recorded this step-by-step video of how to join eXp Realty, and made a step-by-step blog post that should make it straightforward on how to join eXp.

I do find that its best for us to have a Zoom screen share when you join so that I can help walk you through the onboarding process, which I then followup with the eXp onboarding team to make sure the process is moving along well. There’s a handful of pieces of information you will need to fill out the application, of which the blog post will walk your through.

About Me

I’m a real estate agent, team leader, digital marketing expert, systems specialist, and strive to provide the best support possible to my partner agents.

I graduated college from the University of Illinois with a bachelors degree in civil engineering, and entered the work force in land development and project management. I carry my civil engineering license in Illinois, and my real estate licenses in Illinois and Indiana. I feel in love with the real estate side of the business, and always found myself automating systems and processes. Then, one day, I fortuitously found a website and SEO coach, and the world of webistes/SEO/e-business has changed my life forever.

Now I am still active in real estate transactions, have a digital marketing business in the lead generation services niche, but my favorite business is coaching and helping my eXp agent group inside the Agent Wolf Pack.
